How long do I have to wait to get my Order?

All orders received will be sent out for delivery before 12pm the next working day.
(Please refer to our Full Delivery Policy)

Delivery times are dependant on what delivery option you have chosen:

• Standard – 3 – 4 working days
• Express – 2 – 3 working days

The vast majority of customers receive their orders on time, but unfortunately things do happen which are beyond our control.

• Weekends/ Bank Holidays
• Weather
• Busy Periods, such as Christmas etc.
